4 MONTH CHECK-UP!

shots shots shots again :( she is a trooper though! weight 14 pounds, height 24.75-ish, head 15.5! she is on track with her own growth, so that is good and actually went up in all percentiles!!! even head circumference went from 4th to 7th! daddy has a peanut head and her development is on track and even a little advanced in some areas, so no concerns!

teething!!! no fun, our poor lil girl has a painful cry that breaks our hearts, hope they either break soon or her gums get desensitized soon, hurts Tanner and Sarah to hear her cry like that!!

Half-marathon x 2, Tanner has run 2 half-marathons since our last real post, one road and one trail, and he had fun and did great. Now there is not another longer race until September, but looking at possibly some smaller ones on weekends Sarah is not working. At least Tanner is exercising, one of us has too!!! :)

vacation! she did awesome on the plane, 4 plane rides actually with the shortest being close to 2 hours!!! and having to sit on the plane for over 2 hours on our way home, on the tarmac and at the gate! it was awesome to see family too! and get massages, and Tanner went deep sea fishing and caught a nice size Kingfish! All in all very fun, and we got props tonight from our MD for Sophia not having a tan at all...yeah we rock as parents :)

Gramma and Grampa Lundy came to visit Sophia for the first time as well!! It was wonderful to have them up, even if it was for too short of a time!!! But they are hopefully coming back up in October with Loren and her family (Tanner's sister)!!!
