God what do you want from us???

So, we were looking into MRI schools, as that is the next step in Tanner's schooling, the whole reason for going into Rad Tech was to get into MRI Tech. We were told before Tanner started this whole process that you needed your AART, Rad tech cert, to get into MRI School......well turns out......THAT WAS A BIG LIE!!!!

When we looked today online, it states that you do not need any rad tech schooling at all to get into MRI school, and it is only one year long! GEEZ LOUSE!!!! REALLY!!!! WHAT TO DO NOW??The whole point of Tanner going to school these past few years/year was to get into rad tech to get into MRI, and now we find out that he could just go straight into MRI school??? REALLY? REALLY?? We both swear when we checked into it before the process it was as we had been told, you need the AART to apply to the MRI programs, well looks like that has changed, or we were both crazy!

It is really frustrating right now, because we are in limbo, MRI has already started and we do not know how hard it is to get into the program. So, does Tanner go to Rad Tech school and then to MRI school, in order to increase his chances of getting a job, or does he say no to Rad Tech and go to MRI since that was the end goal from the beginning? Or does he forget MRI all together for right now and just do the Rad Tech program, and work and then see if he wants to go back to school for MRI? There is a bit of a salary difference between the two, that is why MRI is much more appealing!!

GRRRRR!!! We are frustrated! Please pray for us so we know what to do, follow God's path is what we want to do, just are unclear what that path is at this moment. Oh and MRI school is in the Cities.

PRAY PLEASE!

  1. As everyone says, things happen for a reason. You just have to weigh your options. What does he really want to do?? And how difficult is it to get into MRI school? That might be something to look at little more indepth. Check it out before you make too many important decisions.
